Payoneer supports millions of businesses worldwide with its scalable money transfer technology, empowering freelancers, entrepreneurs, and enterprises to send and receive payments seamlessly across borders. As part of its growth strategy, the company sought to expand organic app adoption globally, making it easier for users in diverse markets to access financial tools that help them manage, grow, and scale their businesses.

The Request

Payoneer wanted to make its app easier to find in both the iOS and Android stores. The goal was to improve keyword rankings, increase visibility beyond branded searches, and turn more store visitors into active users.

The Brief

Giant Leap Digital supported Payoneer by refining its app store listings and developing an App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategy. This included targeting non-brand keywords, updating content, and strengthening the app’s reputation. To measure progress more effectively, in-app event tracking was also set up, allowing performance to be monitored and improved over time.
