Their portfolio spans private residences and prestigious commercial spaces, each project defined by a meticulous approach to craftsmanship, materials, and timeless design. With this heritage, L&C is regarded as one of the country’s foremost interior design agencies, setting benchmarks in the industry for creativity and execution.

The Request

Despite their offline reputation, L&C recognised that their digital presence was no longer reflective of the high standards they deliver to clients. Their existing website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and offered limited visibility on search engines. They needed a digital strategy that could match the elegance of their interiors, drive long-term growth, and ensure their creative vision was represented at every touchpoint.

The Brief

Giant Leap was tasked with designing and developing a new luxury website while enhancing technical and content SEO to capture opportunities overlooked by competitors. Founders Claire and Lucy were determined to remain deeply involved in the process, ensuring the final product was a true extension of their creative ethos. To achieve this, we worked in close collaboration through weekly workshops, translating their ideas into a vision that combined design sophistication with digital performance.

The Process

Our process began with a comprehensive audit of L&C’s existing digital footprint, identifying gaps in SEO performance, site structure, and content strategy. From there, we developed a new site architecture designed to highlight L&C’s portfolio while embedding best-in-class technical SEO foundations. Over the course of nine months, we created 180 SEO-optimised pages, refined the visual identity, and introduced a consistent brand tone of voice. To support scalability, we also produced a brand TOV guide, a video training resource for the outreach team, and fully reworked creative content that reflected the brand’s premium positioning.

The Results

The outcome was a fully modernised digital presence that elevated L&C’s brand reputation online. The new site not only captured the elegance and authority of their interiors but also unlocked new growth opportunities through improved search performance. With a stronger foundation for long-term visibility, L&C is now positioned to compete digitally at the same level as they do in design—setting a new standard in the luxury interior design space.
