As the hotel expands its property portfolio globally, Corinthia needed a luxury digital partner that could help elevate the brand vision and social execution.
About the Brand
Corinthia is a leading five star hotel that targets affluent audiences, providing hotels around the world that offer excellent service and facilities but without being overly formal, the hotel, the teams are five star but in a modern and up-to-date style, providing clear air between the Corinthia and their competitor set.
The Request
The hotel is expanding quickly with eight new properties coming online over the next twenty four months. As the capacity expands the need from their marketing team is increasing, in summer 2025 it was clear the need for an external luxury social agency, to help with strategic advice, while taking over the day to day management of the brand social channels.
The Brief
To support the internal brand social team, clearly outlining a vision to help elevate Corinthia and take over the day to day operation, alongside this understand the bigger picture of how the campaigns and activations feed into other channels and work with internal teams to lead on development of an integrated approach. Wider than this, offer strategy around data management, as well as support for and paid media across Meta and Google.

The Process
Working closely with the inhouse teams, Giant Leap lead a workshop to uncover the business objectives and focus areas for Corinthia. From this we developed a clear roadmap of tasks to help the onboarding process and takeover of the brand social management. Including, strategy, roadmap, reporting, day to day activations and community management. Giant Leap also, built in wider consultancy to help across the business on key projects – data management and paid media support. The project started in August 25 and we look forward to a successful partnership with the Corinthia.
