About the Brand

Auriens is a step change in later living.  This high end, luxury facility in the heart of Chelsea was the brainchild of Johnny Sandelson and Karen Mulville who’s extensive background in property development helped to bring this ‘one of a kind’ facility to the luxury residential market. 

The Request

After opening the doors to this magnificent new 56 residences in the Heart of Chelsea, the owners were keen to drive take up of the new facilities through a media campaigns both above and below the line.

Working together on numerous projects and over a number of years, I can truly say that Giant Leap are one of most forward thinking teams I have come across. 

The Brief

Giant Leap, were brought in to help develop the right marketing strategy, while also undertaking support for the website long term SEO health and support campaigns through the use of Social media and Google.   The overarching goal was to drive leads (high quality) for the sales team.

The Process

We used a mixture of creative and targeting to help support these goals.  Building the right content that helped people understand the next phase of life and the benefits a facility like Auriens can bring.  We used a range of both paid media, influencers and partnerships to drive visibility while also ensuring the website was in best health to pick up organic search and improve the local visibility of Auriens.
