About the Brand

Auriens represents a step-change in later living. This high-end, luxury facility in the heart of Chelsea was the vision of Johnny Sandelson and Karen Mulville, whose extensive property development experience brought this one-of-a-kind concept to market.

The Request

Following the launch of 56 residences in Chelsea, the founders wanted to drive uptake through above- and below-the-line campaigns.
