About the Brand
Stretching across Europe Almanac are redefining luxury hospitality through their unique hotels are built in some of the most iconic city centers in the world. Vienna, Prague and Barcelona.
The Request
Development of a digital transformation vision was key to helping Almanac elevate to the next level, working closely with suppliers and internal marketing teams – Global and Local to define the right vision. The company was developing fast but had inherited a complex tech stack as well as a siloed approach to customers and channel management. Â

It was time for some strategic thinking to place Almanac on the right road and galvanise all the teams behind how to make a step change.
We’re absolutely thrilled with our new website, the design captures the spirit of Almanac Hotels perfectly, and the build was seamless.
The Process
Initially, we started by taking over the performance media, it was important to demonstrate impact quickly and through our use of search and social we could build a business case for the wider activities needed. We recognised quickly that the tech stack, website, social profiles, feeds, reporting all had work to be done. Alongside this the local teams needed support on how to drive best value from the local marketing undertaken.

Within six months, Almanac Hotels saw a +135% increase in revenue versus forecast, while achieving a -251% reduction in cost per click. These results not only delivered short-term wins but also validated the wider transformation roadmap, enabling the business to scale its luxury offering across global markets.
