Chenot is one of the world’s leading wellness clinics, based in Switzerland, they provide a seven day wellness programme that helps to reset your internal cell rejuvenation. They takel physical issues, mental health and diet to help you make long term changes to your health, based across seven locations. The Chenot method is recognised globally as leading the longevity space.Â
The Request
Looking to change their approach in 2025, Chenot recognise that bringing in a luxury specialist agency would help the business to make a step change in both the visual identity across the social space as well as the performance from paid media. Bringing in a global wealth audience to support them with their wellness needs.
The Brief
Paid – to build a clear strategy that addressed the needs of our wealth audience through a clear global targeting plan, while building out sequential messaging and creative to meet the needs of the cohorts based on their life cycle journey. Alongside this restructuring the accounts to drive stronger performance and better reporting.
Social – Improve the visual look & identity of the instagram grid, by setting a clear strategy based on Chenots brand pillars. The aim is to give an elevated experience while highlighting key campaigns, services and lifestyle moments.

Process
After conducting a brand induction and workshop in Switzerland, the Giant Leap team gained valuable business insights into the key priorities for the company, this enabled our teams to build out clear strategy to help elevate across paid and social the right direction for the brand and how we can tap into the needs of their HNW consumers. From this we set clear roadmaps and run rate of activity. For social it was clear that from the start we needed to improve the stylalistion of the grid and tap into consumer needs. In paid, we needed to rebuild our accounts and improve the targeting, while building out sequential messaging as cohorts navigated the marketing funnel.
